Nexton Solutions, the AI-native restaking and arbitrage execution protocol, has expanded its strategic financing round to $4 million, led by Danal, one of Korea’s largest regulated payment companies. The round also includes investments from Value Systems, Metalabs Ventures, and Kaia Foundation, plus additional institutional participants across Web3 and fintech such as Outlier Ventures and PayProtocol. Nexton has also secured ecosystem grants from Amber Group, TON Foundation, and STON.fi, along with a partnership with Vista Labs.

“This round shows that AI-powered restaking is moving from narrative to real infrastructure,” said Minik Kim, Founder of Nexton Solutions. “Danal brings not only capital but real-world financial connectivity for our next phase of growth.”

The AI Execution Layer for Restaking & Arbitrage

Nexton Solutions is building a unified AI execution layer that automates yield generation across chains and liquidity venues.

The platform includes two core components:

Nexton-ai

AI Arbitrage Routing Engine

  • Scans liquidity across DEXs (STON.fi, DeDust, EVAA) and CEXs (Binance, Hyperliquid)
  • Executes profitable, risk-adjusted routes
  • Generates real PnL yield instead of emissions

Nexton-re

Automated Restaking Module

  • Stake TON and other assets
  • Mint staking NFTs that track performance
  • Enable multi-layer restaking strategies

All staking, restaking, routing, and withdrawals run inside a Telegram-native execution environment — no dashboards, browser extensions, or manual navigation required.

Traction: One of the Fastest-Growing AI Yield Layers in the TON Ecosystem

Nexton is noted as an active restaking platform in Asia.

Current performance:

  • $3M+ TVL
  • 60,000+ monthly active users
  • 75+ ecosystem partners across TON, Kaia, Base, and BNB Chain
  • AI strategies sustaining 70–90% APY
  • 40%+ cumulative ROI from real arbitrage PnL
  • Strong presence across Korea, Japan, and Southeast Asia

This traction positions Nexton as the leading AI execution engine within the TON ecosystem and a rising player in the broader restaking landscape.

Danal’s Strategic Value

Danal provides:

  • regulated fiat on/off-ramps connected to TON-based DeFi
  • FATF-aligned compliance and risk frameworks
  • distribution channels across APAC fintech and banking sectors

“Partnering with Danal connects Nexton directly to real-world financial rails,” said Kim. “It enables a seamless flow from fiat to AI-optimized yield.”

More Chains, More Markets, More Users

With new capital and institutional support, Nexton will accelerate expansion across TON, KAIA, Base, and BNB Chain.

Near-term roadmap includes:

• Multi-route & cross-venue upgrades for Nexton-ai

• Telegram-native growth funnels across APAC

• Scaling Restake Asia Season 1

• Preparing the NXT token private round and ecosystem campaign

Nexton aims to surpass 500,000 organic users and become the default AI execution layer for restaking and arbitrage globally.
