TIXnGO Launches Blockchain-Based Coronavirus Health n Go Certificates
A mobile blockchain ticketing platform, TIXnGO has launched ‘Health n Go.’ This provides a strong health certificate mobile delivery solution.
Frédéric Longatte, CEO of TIX n GO and Health n Go, said in a statement: “In light of the coronavirus crisis, we can see a potential role for the secure delivery of personal digital assets such as a health certificate. It isn’t for us to define the precise use of this technology, that is a decision to be taken by governments. But as new scientific evidence comes to light and response strategies evolve, we are ready to work with governments and corporations to apply this technology, when they deem the time is right.”
Repurposing TIXnGO’s existing blockchain platform
TIXnGO has a track record with its blockchain platform utilized to distribute tickets for significant sporting events operated by both European and global sports organizations. This has involved football tickets on the part of UEFA.
By repurposing its TIXnGO blockchain-based technology, Health n Go can share secure health certificates at scale and in involvement with government and corporate needs.
As such, it can offer a part of a strategy to facilitate the exit from Covid-19 lockdowns.
Health n Go
Health n Go is a blockchain mobile application. It attempts to give secure management of digital health certificates.
TIXnGO created Health n Go to produce such digital health certificates published by a trusted authority like a doctor or health organization. Each time one of these issues, a health certificate, a novel, encrypted, and utterly traceable identity is added.
Individuals have their health certificates in a specific wallet on their smartphone. If demanded, they can then dispense their certificate, which is available through a QR code read by a scanner.
By utilizing artificial intelligence coupled with blockchain technology, the Health n Go approach attempts to restrict certificate fraud by duplicating or counterfeiting the certificate happens by the unique identity of each certificate, and monitoring detects patterns of attempted fraud.
Enterprise Times: what does this mean
Introducing Covid-19 lockdowns was (relatively) easy. Exiting from lockdowns is witnessing a much more difficult headache for governments.
In theory, an approach like Health n Go has attractions. Installed on the mobile phones that are now in everyday use, straightforward certificate accessibility through QR scanners opens up almost low-cost avenues for governments. That it is likely to host the approach on a national private or public cloud and that it is GDPR compliant adds to the attraction to TIXnGO’s Health n Go.
Indeed, according to TIXnGO various pilots of Health n Go are starting with Swiss international companies and civil and military organizations.
The company is in conversations about driving further pilots with other interested parties.
