What Is Co-founder & CEO Cai Felip of UNION Avatars Vison For Metaverse And The Future
About the CEO: Under the guidance of his father, Felip began designing games for MS-DOS and Windows 3.1 at the age of twelve. In the following years, he joined several Barcelona hackerspaces. He ultimately opted to seek a career in the music and events management sector instead of finishing his engineering study at the university. In 2014, Felip developed two lucrative enterprises and engaged in the bitcoin industry. He made his metaverse debut after the publication of Linking Realities in 2019. In addition, Felip spent much time tampering with federated identity systems.

It consists of more than solitary, confined, and robust platforms. It contains media that do not need immersion and those that do. It comprises video games, blockchain-based economic systems, off-chain economic systems, identity systems, avatars, and the manufacture of three-dimensional items. This eventual combination of components culminates in the construction of the metaverse. Felip does not think that it is possible to perceive the metaverse physically. For him, the entrance to the metaverse is wide open.
In some manner, the core premise of the early Internet should be reintroduced back into the metaverse. This entails using technologies that are freely available to everyone and do not cost anything. Felip would not have been able to accomplish the advances that he has today if the early Internet had not been accessible to everyone.
Felip has maintained for the last three years that exploration of the metaverse would someday become feasible. In 2019, he began considering creating an immersive platform enabling users to create and manage their personalized virtual surroundings. There were not many persons who discussed the metaverse in public at the time. And most investors just considered them to be geeks. At least before the announcement that Facebook would change its name to Meta.
Before the metaverse hits the mainstream, there is still a tremendous amount of work to be done. From his view, it won’t be straightforward for the metaverse to achieve universal adoption unless the platforms that comprise it dedicate resources to enhancing the user experience. This entails decreasing entry barriers, discovering natural methods to make their content go viral, and building an acceptable culture with several uses for its use.
Utilizing bridges to create links across the platforms that make up the metaverse is another crucial component. Because of this adjustment, interoperability, and portability between users and NFTs will be enhanced. It was essential to have instruments and bridges connecting the many realms. Individuals sought a means to govern and show their digital identities to engage fully in the metaverse and its newly developed immersive platforms.
The decentralization of our operations is now one of our most important objectives. This is because he offers identification and portability via identity management, a capability that other DAO-managed credential issuers do. Since Felip was selling an avatar-based identity management system, the human interface was integral to his business.
For him, a strong connection between socializing and technology has always existed. It gives him the power to influence the course of history for better or for worse. Over the next ten years, he hopes that the metaverse will make the world more interconnected by offering a social environment to all its residents.
In Linking Realities, Felip argues that the notion of identity will emerge as a central component of the next immersive reality. More of entitlement than a communal service. His long-term objective is to become a supplier of full interoperability, portability, and identity management solutions. Consequently, users will be linked to a range of platforms.
