Crypto Price Prediction: This New Crypto Will Threaten ADA and TRX Top 10 Positions Before 2026

Last Updated: March 5, 2025By

The race for crypto supremacy never stops. Investors are on the lookout for disruptive projects capable of surpassing established titans. While Cardano (ADA) and Tron (TRX) have long dominated top-10 lists, a fresh contender named Remittix is rising quickly, attracting millions in funding. With market conditions still in flux, analysts foresee this new altcoin possibly unsettling ADA and TRX’s positions before 2026.

Cardano: Mixed Signals Despite Falling Wedge

Cardano price peaked at $1.328 in November of last year. Since then, it’s plummeted to around $0.068, forming a death cross as its 200-day and 50-day Weighted Moving Averages flipped. The personal price oscillator remains below zero, hinting at bearish pressure. However, the RSI shows an ascending channel, a sign of potential recovery.

Charles Hoskinson recently hinted at a VIP meeting with government officials. Yet he clarified no new crypto role was offered to him. Cardano fans expected Elon Musk might align with ADA’s “Made-in-USA” framework, especially for blockchain-based governance. But so far, no concrete outcomes have been announced.

Technically, ADA is carving out a falling wedge—commonly a bullish pattern. If Cardano can break above $0.789 (the 50-day MA and 50% Fibonacci retracement), a rally could follow. On the downside, any breach below $0.515 might trigger further selling. Until fundamentals or a Musk-sized endorsement materialize, ADA’s near-term outlook remains uncertain.

TRX: Settlement Clouds and a Potential Price Drop

Tron (TRX) grapples with its own challenges. The SEC’s lawsuit against Justin Sun and his companies—alleging unregistered securities sales and market manipulation—seems close to resolution. Both parties have requested a stay order to finalize a deal. While an end to litigation can buoy investor confidence, the settlement’s financial penalties could cast a shadow.

Price-wise, TRX has languished in a descending channel since peaking at $0.45 on December 3. Attempts to reclaim Fibonacci resistance at 0.618 ($0.269) have repeatedly failed. The RSI isn’t oversold yet, indicating insufficient buying momentum. Another drop to the 0.786 Fibonacci retracement ($0.22) may be on the horizon if selling persists.

Despite Tron’s robust ecosystem, ongoing uncertainty dampens short-term hopes. Some see the settlement as a chance for a fresh start. Others remain wary, noting TRX could slip further before any real rally emerges. For now, caution is paramount—especially with stiff competition from up-and-coming DeFi challengers.

Remittix: Disruptive Cross-Border Giant

Remittix has staked its claim as a genuine game-changer. Priced at $0.0694 in presale, it has already sold over 510 million tokens and raised upwards of $13.3 million. Early backers have reportedly netted 1000% profits, as Remittix boldly defies the bear market. Analysts even predict another 200% surge if current momentum holds.

At the core is Remittix’s cross-border payment platform, which converts over 40 cryptos into fiat and seamlessly deposits funds into global bank accounts. Transactions complete within hours instead of days—minus the hefty fees. Security is airtight, thanks to a public ledger that deters fraud. With the Remittix pay API, merchants can accept crypto but settle in fiat, bridging mainstream finance with decentralized tech.

Investors applaud Remittix for tackling a $190 trillion remittance market dominated by slow bank transfers. Its user-friendly approach and locked-in liquidity have built trust. As DeFi evolves, many see Remittix as an essential altcoin, poised to keep growing while other projects grapple with litigation or uncertain utility.

Can Remittix Overtake ADA and TRX Before 2026?

Cardano’s strong fundamentals and Tron’s ecosystem depth have sustained them in the top tier for years. Yet legal clouds over Tron and stalled adoption for Cardano create gaps new entrants can exploit. Remittix, with its real-world application and proven investor interest, stands out as a serious contender.

If it sustains rapid growth, Remittix could eclipse older projects stuck in regulatory battles or slow upgrade cycles. Cross-border payments offer a massive revenue stream, and Remittix’s presale success suggests that many see it as a next-generation financial tool. In a crypto sphere hungry for tangible benefits, a platform solving real-money headaches has every chance of climbing the charts.

Still, markets can be fickle. ADA or TRX might find renewed life through partnerships, favorable rulings, or structural upgrades. Yet the path forward looks bright for Remittix, whose practical use case and strong token metrics give it an edge. With speculation rampant over its post-presale performance, the altcoin might just prove that overshadowing Cardano and Tron is more than wishful thinking.
